About the project

OkayR is a SaaS application for managing, planning, and tracking OKRs. The platform offers a quick overview of the state of your OKRs, detailed (retrospective) insights, and integrations to other apps. The app relies heavily on automation, by integrating external apps you can update OKRs automatically without having to worry about updating them manually.

On top of that, there is a documented public API that allows you to build your own integrations in no time. By using webhooks you can even implement real-time insights, notifications, and updates. All to fit the custom needs of your organization.

Technical details

OkayR is a cloud-native multitenant SaaS application. The application itself consists of multiple different parts:

  • (public) API Written in C# using .NET Framework. Data is stored in an Azure SQL database, and database communication is handled through EF Core and Dapper.
  • Frontend application Written in TypeScript using Angular, utilizing several libraries and external tools.
  • Background jobs Written in C#, these handle things like sending webhooks, sending emails, and updating statistics.
  • Deployed to Azure All of these components are deployed to Azure using CI/CD.
